24/06/17 – UPDATE:

The Elite Squad had a successful training session today, the first session where the Elite Swimmers of Swim Gwynedd; Swim Conwy and Nofio Clwyd met up and received a training session together.  A great set followed by some fun with a tricky quiz and food!  Looking forward to further training together in the new Swimming Season!

Llongyfarchiadau i Medi Harris!  Bydd Medi yn nofio yn y Gemau Gymanwlad Ieuenctid, yn y Bahamas yng Ngorffennaf – pob hwyl iddi!

Hefyd hoffai’r clwb longyfarch 4 nofwyr fydd yn nofio yng nghystadleuaeth Nofio Prydain, Sheffield yn ystod y drydedd wythnos yng Ngorffennaf.  Dymunwn pob hwyl i Medi Harris, Cerian Harries, Martyna Ruszkowska ac Eve Goddard-Smith.  Pob lwc hefyd i’r 2 x tim ras gyfnewid!  Am fwy o wybodaeth ewch i PrydainFawr_Haf.

Swim Gwynedd would like to congratulate Medi Harris who will be swimming in the Youth Commonwealth Games which are held in the Bahamas this year!!  Well done and all the best!

The club also wishes to congratulate 4 swimmers who will be competing at this Summer’s British Swimming Championships.  This will take place at Sheffield in July.  We wish Medi Harris, Cerian Harries, Martyna Ruszkowska and Eve Goddard-Smith all the best.  Good luck also to BOTH our relay teams!  For more information please go to British_Summer_Champs.

Swim Gwynedd would like to thank HOGAN GROUP, Bangor and SWIM WALES for donations and grants which have enabled the club to purchase new Competition Starting Blocks and essential training equipment.  Photos to follow . . . .

Swim Gwynedd Performance Centre provides competitive swimming training for swimmers from Gwynedd, consisting of two main swimming clubs (Clybiau Caernarfon & PBP).  The Centre is divided into squads providing a pathway along which swimmers can develop from Club swimmers through to Elite Performance swimmers.  The Centre provides training at Bangor, Caernarfon and  Porthmadog Swimming Pools.
