Llongyfarchiadau i Medi Harris a Martyna Ruszkowska am gynrychioli Nofio Gwynedd yng nghystadleuaeth Nofio Prydain yn Sheffield yr wythnos yma. Nofiodd Medi yn y 50, 100 a 200 Dull Cefn, a Martyna yn y 50 a 100 Dull PiliPala. Am fwy o wybodaeth ewch i NofioPrydainFawr neu i weld fideo’r rasys dilynwch y linc canlynol Fid_Nofwyr.
Swim Gwynedd would like to congratulate Medi Harris and Martyna Ruszkowska in representing the club at the British competition this week at Sheffield. Medi swam the 50,100 and 200 Backstroke and Martyna the 50 and 100 Fly. For more information go to British_Swimming or see vids at Swimming_Vids.
Swim Gwynedd would like to thank HOGAN GROUP, Bangor and SWIM WALES for donations and grants which have enabled the club to purchase new Competition Starting Blocks and essential training equipment. Photos to follow . . . .
Swim Gwynedd Performance Centre provides competitive swimming training for swimmers from Gwynedd, consisting of two main swimming clubs (Clybiau Caernarfon & PBP). The Centre is divided into squads providing a pathway along which swimmers can develop from Club swimmers through to Elite Performance swimmers. The Centre provides training at Bangor, Caernarfon and Porthmadog Swimming Pools.
